Schoenmakers Training & Advies is led by Jan-Willem Schoenmakers. The best out of people, working together to bring them to maximize their motivation are his main motivations. He is creative, committed and customer focused.
Jan-Willem Schoenmakers has been active since 1986 within the field of training and advice. He worked as Manager of Training and Development for Holiday Inn and Crest Hotels Europe. From 1990 to 1997 he was manager of Emdat Benelux, allied to Emdat & Partners in London.
From 1997 to 2005 he was co-director of Smile Hospitality Training & Consultancy. There he has been involved with include:
- Provide training in guest contact environments.
- Coaching activities.
- It also building the organization, both at strategic and operational levels.
- Maintaining and expanding existing network at strategic level.
- Determine sales and marketing policies, both at strategic and operational levels.
In 2005 he founded Schoenmakers Training & Advies. His enthusiasm, motivation and personality 'unifying' leadership makes him an expert trainer besides a pleasant person with whom you are comfortable doing business.
